Scenic boat tours

You can tour the three islands on a scenic tour that takes you to explore the cliffs of Isola Palmaria with nesting of seagulls, the Portoro marble quarries and the entrance to the volcanic cave, the island of Tino with its fortifications and archaeological area and the cliffs of Tinetto jutting out into the sea to the south.
From Porto Venere you can also take boat trips to the Cinque Terre and admire the charming coastline rich in terracing and vineyards as well as the picturesque seaside villages of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso.
You can also reach the Gulf of Poets by sea, the beautiful bay with La Spezia at its center that is also overlooked by the charmingly intact towns of Lerici and Tellaro full of history and seaside culture.
